+ linux x64 build
+ convert tooltip
+ fixnes script (See Cowering's Good.doc for more info)
+ changed custom radiobutton to a checkbox (Linux & OS X). Custom args were not working in Linux & OS X.
+ added qgif4.dll to the Windows distribution archive. Animated gifs were not showing up without this if you didn't already have the qt dlls installed.
+ added layouts to the MainWindow & Config. This allows resizing of the windows.
+ additional error checking
