[SNES] TSOP-to-TL866 (GQ-4X) Adapter

    Nee, für Willem gibt es einen eigenen Adapter. Ich hab die ganze Platine nur entwickelt weil ich mir zuerst einen Willem Adapter gebaut hatte und dann gemerkt hab das der am TL nicht funktioniert.
    Zumindest damals hatten die Willems nur 32PIN Sockel. Die Adressleitungen 19-21 mussten extra verkabelt werden. Der TL-Adapter ist für 36/40PiN ausgelegt. :smiling_face: Wenn die Willems inzwischen größere Sockel haben, dürfte er aber funktionieren. Das PIN-Layout ist ja schließlich ein Standard.

    Hallo zusammen,

    ich hab hier im Markplatz von Chiller3k die AM29F032B - 90EC auf DIP36 Adapter gekauft.
    Jetzt hab ich nur ein kleines Problem...
    Da die 032B Variante nicht im Programm meines TL866 nicht nethalten ist lass ich das Check Device Häkchen weg.
    Schreiben tut alles nur bekomme ich auf dem SNES Grafikfehler oder es funktioniert nach dem Starbildschirm nix mehr.
    Hab nun mehrere getestet auch mit anderen ROMs, leider immer das selbe.
    Hat jemand ne Idee woran es liegt?

    Das ist es ja. In der Liste hat es keine 29f032. Deshalb mach ich ja Check Device aus wie ich es auch schon beim Beschreiben der 29f016a gemacht habe. SNES und Modul gehen.

    Hab mir nochmal das Tutorial hier im Forum durchgelesen und Redscorpion du hattest recht. Ich hatte vergessen den 29f033 auszuwählen. Danke für deine Hilfe :smiling_face:

    Wähle den 29f033c und mach den Haken bei "check device id" unten links raus... :winking_face:
    Und bei den Chips > 16MBit den Reset Pin verbinden...


    EDIT:

    Wenn ich mir die Bilder von Chiller ansehe... Bei R2 die Verbindung schließen... R1 muss zum Proggen geöffnet werden und der Reset Pin mit dem markierten PAD verbunden werden. Danach wieder R1 verbinden.

    Ca i buid and adapter for his purpose? I need help with the parts that i need to order.

    If i want to burn Megadrive eeproms like

    27c400 - 512KBs (4Mbits)
    27c800 - 1MBs (8Mbits)
    27c160 - 2MBs (16Mbits)
    27c322 - 4MBs (32Mbits)

    What kind of adapter shall i use?

    sorry for the late answer. I was on camping for the last days. I'm offering the blueprint of the adapters pcb here. you can download it and get it produced where ever you like.
    There are many production services all over the net. I would recommend oshpark.com . I never got any problems with them and their quality is outstanding. In addition you will need some pin headers,
    a zif socket and a wire to assemble the adapter. :smiling_face:

    27c400, 27c800, 27c160, 27c322 aren't supported by the Tl866(CS).

    Production of the PCB can vary... 3 PCBs from Oshpark.com will cost you about 10Euro. 10 PCBs from makerstudio.cc will cost you the same... You always have to order more than one of those PCBs.

    So in total it will cost you about 15Eur.

    The 29L3211 or 27c322 for Super Mario RPG, Kirby's Dreamland 3 or Star Ocean aren't supportet by the TL866. But you won't need that chips very often so i might know an alternative.
    buyicnow.com is offering an programming service. At the moment a programmed 29l3211 would cost you $3,50. I think it's realy cheap and you might order your DIP-to-TSOP adapers there anyways... :winking_face:
